At CardServ we specialise in cards whether they are paper or plastic.
Plastic cards are usually CR80 cards, which means they are 54.5mm x 85mm. There are usually 3 different thicknesses of cards in plastic:
Cards are usually either laminated or surface printed. Laminated cards are specifically for longer life usage or for photo ID work eg. a magnetic stripe or swipe card, or a credit card. Surface printed cards are for shorter term use. The cards may also have a magnetic stripe or have a surface for production of barcodes or human readable areas. Cards can also carry signature or writable panels.
Most telephone cards are made at 0.5mm thick, although some can be the thinner size.
Below are sample sheets showing the cards front and back, print them off, sketch in what you need and answer the questions wherever possible, then Contact Us and we will be more than happy to help.
