From flow wrapping to collation and insertion we are the people to contact. It is expected that production time is 17 working days for shipment of the entire job. CardServ can also produce other innovative carriers for this launch in order to rivet the client into the use of the new card. This can include the provision of short term gift vouchers for goods and services or join-a-friend- applications. CardServ can also provide extra brochures or inserts in the package, cross promoting offers by other operations within your organisation or third parties. Provisions of these incur extra cost and will be quoted separately. CardServ is a manufacturer of ISO standard quality PVC cards. These cards are 85 x 54.5 and have high quality magnetic stripes. The cards are 30 thou or 0.76mm in thickness once again conforming to ISO benchmark standard. CardServ has seen the recent use of poor quality polypropylene cards being substituted for PVC. The use of polypropylene cards has limitations such as the inability to properly personalise cards and faulty mag stripes that have been shown to cause problems. Samples of current CardServ products are provided and are thus confidential. CardServ is not a paper printer and so a third party printer is used for the production of the carriers and A4 mail carriers as well as envelopes. This tender process will be conducted by CardServ at its discretion but minimum standards to conform to our specification are applied and stringent and regular checks of conformity are conducted. No job is too small for us and we can assist so many providers of cards out there. We can often put your small job together with others to get economics of sale and a substantial saving in cost.
